Empowering Druze Women Together

Our mission is to create real, sustainable employment opportunities for Druze women in Israel by providing high-quality vocational training, personalised career counselling, and direct job placement support. We work to remove social, geographic, and accessibility barriers so that women of all ages and abilities, including women with disabilities and women living in peripheral areas, can gain relevant skills, secure decent work, and participate fully in the economic and social life of their communities.

Our Mission
Our Vision

Our vision is a Druze society in which every woman can learn, work, and lead without discrimination, while remaining deeply connected to her cultural and spiritual heritage. We aspire to a future where Druze women participate fully and equally in the labour market and in leadership at the local and national levels, contributing their knowledge, skills, and creativity to a resilient, inclusive, and prosperous community.

Our Services

We design and deliver targeted vocational courses that equip Druze women with market-relevant skills in fields such as administration, services, digital literacy, and sector-specific professions. Training is offered in flexible formats and often leads to recognised certificates that improve employability and open doors to stable work.
